Ali Scattergood | Founder | Director | Filmmaker

Ali Scattergood is a documentary filmmaker and photographer. With experience in filmmaking and photography projects around the world, Ali worked both in production and post production with Ken Burns and the team at Florentine Films on a variety of projects including The Mayo Clinic: Faith, Hope, Science, Emmy Nominated Series The Story of Cancer: The Emperor of All Maladies, The Biography of Jackie Robinson, The Address, and Emmy Nominated mini series The Vietnam War. In 2018, Ali launched Oak Light Films.

Ali’s photography work has exhibited in shows and publications across the United States and France. She has been fortunate enough to photograph public figures including Spiritual Leader His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, musician Wynton Marsalis, Filmmaker Ken Burns, Author and Physician Siddhartha Mukherjee, and the Martha Graham Dance Company. In 2019, Ali was hired as a photo journalist for the Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.t
